About Us
We were fortunate to obtain our foundation bitch
(Aberdulais Adorable Tara) from Max and Maureen Mayling of Aberdulais
Kennels in Avonmore Ontario in the fall of
2002. At that time, Tara was 18 months old and had been shown in only
one show, where she had attained 2 points as Winners Bitch. Max and
Maureen had been planning on keeping and breeding Tara, but were
faced with a family crisis and decided to downsize their kennel.
Tara joined our family that fall and is well loved by all. Tara is
one of our banner pooches and her face adorns the header on each page
of this site, along with Tannus and their daughter Aurora.
Shortly thereafter, Maureen offered us a little Tri male that she
had also been planning on keeping and breeding. Tannus
(Aberdulais Lord Tannus) entered our home at eight weeks of age and
promptly stole our hearts. He is truly Allan's best friend; the
dog he never had as a boy.
Tara and Tannus are the proud parents of our first litter of four
puppies, our second litter of three puppies and our third and their last
litter of four pups. Tara has proven herself to be an easy whelper
and loving Mother, like her Mother before her. Tannus is a proud
and doting Daddy.

Our name is Gaelic and means "Wise Little Champion".
