Send an E-mail to info@quinncarlin.ca listing the items and quantity of each that you want to order. If paying by Credit Card, please supply a phone number and a time to call so that you can provide your Credit Card information. Once we have received your payment, we will ship your order within 48 hours (weekdays).

Payment Details

Personal cheques in Canadian funds drawn on a Canadian bank are accepted. However, your items will not ship until your personal cheque has cleared. NSF cheques will be charged a $35 handling fee.

Payment can also be made by Canadian Money Orders or Interac E-mail Money Transfers and

by Credit Card
Visa, Mastercard, & American Express.

Shipping Details

We ship using Canada Post as our default shipping agent.
We are now offering Purolator or Greyhound Courier Express Shipping.

Shipping will include insurance, tracking and will require a signature by the purchaser, when these options are available.

Shipping Options from Canada Post:

Shipping is calculated at actual cost plus a small Handling fee to cover shipping materials etc. The online store estimates shipping. If actual S/H are lower your order will be discounted appropriately when it is processed. If the S/H costs are higher than the online estimate you will be contacted for confirmation of the additional charges prior to processing your order.

Please note that if you ordering from outside of Canada, you will be responsible for any Duties, Taxes or other fees that may be applied upon importing into your country. Please refer to your countries import policies to ensure that products ordered are not confiscated upon entering your country.

Returns

All returns must be pre-authorized, either by e-mail (preferred) or phone. Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days after the purchase date.

Returns are accepted on unopened products only. Products must remain in their original packaging and remain in a resellable state.

If the purchase was made on a Credit Card then the refund must be to the same credit card. Please keep your receipts!

Shipping of returned products must be at the expense of the purchaser. It is required that all packages are insured. We cannot be responsible for damages that occur in transit if the package is not insured.

Defective Items

All of our products are of the higest quality. Occassionally we do encounter a manufacturers defect. Should you receive a defective product please contact us immediately and follow the return instructions above. We will replace your product ASAP.
